Phillip Derosia, the owner of Venture Contracting Inc., started a career in real estate 15 years ago. He has always had a passion within the world of contracting and new construction, so he decided to get his General Contracting License and start his own developments.
While in the process of building he quickly realized construction dumpsters in the area were hard to find so he purchased a roll off truck and a few dumpsters to start and today we have close to 300 rentable dumpsters. Over time he added more and more services that led us to where we are today. Venture is a full-service, one-stop shop for all your contracting and excavation needs and we are proud to serve Sevier County and the surrounding areas.
